Terms and Conditions:


  1. GST at 18% applicable
  2. Terms of Payment: The Application Form will be accepted by ICC against 100% payment towards participation cost. Exhibition stall is allotted on first-cum-first-served basis.
  3. Exhibition stall will be confirmed only after payment towards participation cost is duly verified by ICC.
  4. Allotment of Exhibition Space: ICC reserves the right to admission and refuse allotment of space.
  5. Cancellations are allowed till 31st May 2021 only. In case of withdrawal of participation after 31st May 2021, 100% of the total amount paid by the Exhibitor shall be forfeited
  6. In case of cancellation of exhibition, the agreement will be dissolved through a written confirmation of ICC and any payments already made by the participant in relation to the stall hire will be refunded.
