Wellbeing at workplace is an essential ingredient for human performance. Realizing importance of the subject, organizations do take necessary steps to integrate occupational health and safety in their operational processes for optimization of productivity and improvement of health and safety of employees.

Objectives of the workshop are to provide understanding of fundamental principles of ergonomics, perspective of wellness in workplace and basic concept of safety. It include both conceptual and practical risk factor analysis and strategies for implementation of preventive actions
