Event Details

We are happy to inform you that Government of West Bengal is organizing the 8th edition of Bengal Global Business Summit (BGBS) on 5–6, February 2025 at Biswa Bangla Convention Centre, New Town, Kolkata. Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) is the summit partner.

West Bengal with a GSDP of USD 155.32 billion is the 4th largest contributor to India's services GDP and 6th largest contributor to India's manufacturing GDP. With a consumer base of over 91 million and a strategic location gateway to over 300 million people covering entire East, North East of India, West Bengal is also the gateway to South East Asia and ASEAN countries. The State has introduced a number of Industry friendly policies. The State also offers numerous industry specific and multiproduct growth centres and industrial parks with plug and play infrastructure available for investments.

Bengal Global Business Summit is the annual flagship event organized by Government of West Bengal to showcase the business readiness and investment potential of West Bengal in front of the global business community. You would be happy to know that BGBS 2023 attracted participation of over 5000 delegates from across India and countries.

Bengal Global Business Summit will include plenary sessions with Government dignitaries from India and abroad, top corporates and thought leaders. Thematic sessions, sectoral sessions and country sessions as well as focused B2B and G2B interactions are spread across the two days of the Summit.
