About

Global Textile Trade Fair is one of the largest trade shows for Indian textile and apparel being organised in Atlanta. The US and India are the top major contributors to the textile and clothing trade across the world. For apparel, the US is one of the top importing countries across the world.

India's textile and apparel exports to the United States, its single largest market, were up 55% in the first seven months of 2021 as reports reveal. This is the fastest pace of growth among the top five countries exporting textile and garments to the US. Apparel constituted the bulk of textiles and garments imports made by the US during the initial seven months of 2021 and were valued at $42.366 billion, while non-apparel imports accounted for the remaining $18.026 billion, according to the latest Major Shippers Report, released by the US Department of Commerce.

India's share in US's imports of textiles will also increase substantially in segments of MMF yarns and fabrics.

GTTF is the focus Indian market show in the US, where buyers come with the mindset of buying from the Indian industry. After careful consideration of India-USA textile trade relations, Global Textile Trade Fair USA was launched to showcase Indian manufacturing strength and product quality in the USA and to achieve deep interpersonal relations with the Importers of the US.

*Kindly note that availability of subsidy for participation to GTTF is subject to accord of the approval by the competent authority of the Empowered Committee of the MAi, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India.
