Travel India 2023

Travel and Tourism is the largest service industry in India. Tourism in India now accounts for 6.8 per cent of its GDP and is in fact the third largest foreign exchange earner for the country. Total contribution by Travel and Tourism sector to India's GDP is expected to increase from US$136.3 billion in 2015 to US$275.2 billion in 2025.

With the revised focus on tourism sector post COVID, both by the Tourism Ministry and also various State Tourism departments, Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) is delighted to again organise its Flagship Event "Travel India 2023 – A Conference and Expo on Travel and Tourism" on 19th and 20th of January 2023 at "The Park Hotel, Kolkata", under the aegis of Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.

The summit would focus and introspect about the deeper implications of new set of policies adopted by Ministry of Tourism. We would try to gauge the new direction of tourism industry in India as a result of implementing these schemes.
